Qualification
- The person applying for this post should have a Post Graduation degree in Journalism/ Mass Communication/ Public Relations and Advertising from a recognized university.
- Also, at least 3 years experience of working in Media/Print/Electronic Media/Public Relations Institute or any Government Organization or University.
- Post Graduation degree in English or Hindi with PG Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication or Public Relations and Advertising. Also, at least 3 years experience of working in Media/Print/Electronic Media/Public Relations Institute or any Government Organization or University.
- The applicant must have studied Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject in a higher educational institution.

Selection Process
