JCI Recruitment 2023: Educational Qualification
Assistant Manager (Operation/Marketing): Degree in Jute Technology from a recognized University/ Institute with 2 years of experience.
Assistant Manager (Finance): B. Com (First Division)/ M. Com from a recognized University/ Institute and 2 years experience in handling commercial accounts in a PSU/ large commercial organization.
Assistant Manager (HR): Graduate from a recognized University or its equivalent and 2 years’ experience.
Age Limit
Talking about the age limit, the age of the candidates should be at least 35 years to apply for these posts.

- Assistant Manager (Operation/Marketing): Salary Rs 40,000 to Rs 1,40,000 per month.
- Assistant Manager (Finance): Salary Rs.40,000 to Rs.1,40,000 per month.
- Assistant Manager – (HR): Salary Rs.40,000 to Rs.1,40,000 per month.
