UPSC Recruitment 2023: Education Qualification

Aeronautical Officer: Must have a degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering.

Principal Civil Hydrographic Officer: Must have a degree in Engineering in Civil Engineering, Computer Science or IT. Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Geography, Geophysics, Computer Applications, Computer Science or IT will also be acceptable.

Senior Administrative Officer Grade-II: Bachelor’s degree.

Scientist ‘B’: Should possess B.E./B. Tech degree in relevant engineering discipline. Alternatively, Master’s degree in the relevant science subject from a recognized University or equivalent will also hold.

Assistant Geophysicist: Master’s degree in Physics, Geophysics or Maths. Alternatively, BE or AMIE degree in Electronics or Communication.

UPSC Recruitment 2023: Application Fee

Candidates need to pay an application fee of Rs 25 for UPSC 2023 vacancies.

SC/ST/PWBD/Women candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

The payment has to be made in cash at any branch of SBI or by using net banking facility of any bank or by using Visa/Master/Rupay/Credit/Debit card/UPI payment methods.
