Master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Economics, Geography, History, Commerce, Tamil or English with 50% marks from a recognized Institute or University. And also, BT or B. Ed degree will be required. Candidates should have studied Tamil under Part 1 or 2 at Inter / Pre University / Higher Secondary. Apart from this, there should be 12 years of experience in teaching.
Age Limit
The age of the open category of 32 years open category is going to be 32 years.
The age of the villagers should not exceed 60 years.

Selection Process
The Commission will organize the examination for the recruitment of eligible candidates to the post of District Educational Officer.
