Indian Army Chinese Interpreter Recruitment 2022: Army Headquarters Selection Board has recently released an employment notification at indianarmy.nic.in for Chinese interpreters who will work as Territorial Army Officers. This is the first time that the Indian Army is recruiting Chinese interpreters. Applications have been sought from citizens of India (male and female).

Ex-servicemen are also eligible to apply for Territorial Army Officer Recruitment 2022. 5 posts are for General candidates and one post is for Ex-Servicemen. Candidates having degrees in the Chinese language can take advantage of this opportunity.
Education Qualification
Civilian Candidate – Graduate in the Chinese language from a recognized university with at least 55% marks. ‘OR’ Graduate in any discipline with two years Diploma in Interpretation/HSK-IV level from a recognized University or Institute.

Ex-Service Officer – Graduate in any discipline with two years Diploma in Interpretation in the Chinese Language from SFL/AEC Trg College & Center with at least ‘BX’ grading.
Salary
- Lieutenant – Level 10, Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500 Per Month
- Captain – Level 10A, ranging from Rs 6,13,00 to Rs 1,93,900 Per Month
- Major – Level 11, 6,94,00 to Rs 2,07,200 Per Month
- Lt Col – Level 12A, Rs 1,21,200 to Rs 2,12400 Per Month
- Col – Level 13, Rs 1,30,600 to Rs 2,15,900 Per Month
- Brigadier – Level 13A, ranging from Rs 1,39,600 to Rs 2,17,600 Per Month

Candidates have to send the hard copy of the completed form to Directorate General Territorial Army, Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defense, ‘A’ Block, 4th Floor, Defense Office Complex, KG Marg, New Delhi – 110001.
