Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a government recognized university.
Age Limit
The minimum age of the candidate should be between 21 years to 28 years.
Relaxation in upper age limit will be given to reserved category candidates as per government norms.
Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023: Selection Process
The further selection process may consist of Online Test, Psychometric Test or any other test deemed fit, followed by Group Discussion and/or Interview of the candidates who qualify in the Online Test. The minimum qualifying marks/percentage of marks in each section shall be 40% for general category and 35% for reserved category.
Application Fee
- General, OBC & EWS Category – Rs 600 plus payment gateway fee
- SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities (PWD)/Women – Rs.100.
Payment can be made only by providing the information asked on the screen using Debit Cards (Rupay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, UPI etc.
Salary
- In metro cities – Rs 5 lakh per annum
- In non-metro cities – Rs 4 lakh per annum
Along with fixed salary, selected candidates will also be given performance based variable pay.
