UP Panchayat Assistant Recruitment 2022: Uttar Pradesh Panchayati Raj Department is going to do bumper recruitment 2022 for the post of Panchayat Assistant or Accountant cum Data Entry Operator in many districts. A total of 2783 vacant posts will be filled in Gram Panchayats through this recruitment drive.

Education Qualification

To apply, the candidate should have passed the class 12th (Intermediate) examination from any recognized board. You should be a resident of the same Gram Panchayat for which you are applying.

Age Limit

The candidate’s age should be minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 40 years. However, reserved category candidates will be given relaxation in the upper age limit as per government norms.

Application Process

The applications received in District Panchayat Raj Adhikar Office, Development Block Office and Gram Panchayat Office will be sent to the concerned Gram Panchayat between 04 to 09 June 2022. After this, a merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in class 12th. No candidate will have to give any written test or interview for this post. A merit list will be issued from June 18 to June 25 and appointment letters will be given by the Gram Panchayat from June 26 to June 28, 2022.

Interested and eligible candidates will have to send a copy of the relevant documents along with the application form given on the website to their Gram Panchayat, Development Block Office, or Zilla Panchayat Raj Officer’s office by the stipulated date in person or by post.
