Salary
Under the recruitment of 797 posts of Community Health Officer, CHO, the selected candidates will be entitled to get Rs 25000 per month as salary.

Eligibility
The candidate must have a degree in General Nurse and Midwifery (GNM) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc Nursing) from a recognized university and institute. Apart from this, it is also mandatory for the candidates to be registered with the UP Nurse and Midwife Council as a nurse and midwifery.
Age Limit
The maximum age of the candidates applying for these posts of UP CHO should be 35 years as on 17 August 2021. However, there is a provision to give relaxation to the reserved category candidates as per the rules.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected for the posts of NHM UP CHO through Computer Based Test.
