Educational Qualifications
Law Graduate / Post Graduate from a University / College recognized by the Bar Council of India will be eligible to apply/serve as Law Assistant, provided the applicant has passed the LLB / LLM examination within two years from the date of detailed advertisement. Also, their candidature should be recommended by the designated Senior Advocate of this Court or the final Head of the Law School/College/University.

Final year students studying law for three years or five years can also apply for the post of Law Assistant.
Age Limit
The candidate’s age should not be less than 18 years as of 1st January 2022. The upper age limit is relaxable by three years for OBC category candidates, five years for SC, and ST category candidates, and ten years for physically handicapped candidates.
Application Fee
Candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 250. It will have to be paid through online means. The fee has to be paid by Demand Draft. DD in favor of Registrar General, Patna High Court payable at Patna. The DD has to be sent to the specified address along with the printout of the online submitted form.
