IBPS RRB Recruitment 2024: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the notification for recruitment in various rural banks today i.e. on 7th June. According to the latest notification, IBPS has started the online application process for direct recruitment to the posts of Group A Officer (Scale 1, 2 and 3) and Group B Office Assistant in various Regional Rural Banks (RRB). . A total of 5,585 Multipurpose Office Assistant posts, including a total of 9,995 posts, will be filled through IBPS RRB Recruitment 2024.

Age Limit

The age limit for IBPS RRB Exam varies depending on the post applied for.

• Officer Scale-III – Age 21 years to 40 years
• Officer Scale-II – 21 years to 32 years
• Officer Scale-I – 18 years to 30 years
• Office Assistant (Multipurpose) Posts – 18 years to 30 years

Selection Process

IBPS will conduct CRP RRB XIII recruitment exam for recruitment to Group A posts of Officer (Scale 1, 2 and 3) and Group B posts of Office Assistant in various Regional Rural Banks.

The IBPS RRB recruitment process consists of three stages – preliminary, mains and interview.

• IBPS Clerk Posts – Prelims & Mains
• PO Posts – Preliminary Exam, Main Exam and Interview

Exam Date

• IBPS PO and Clerk Preliminary Exam – 3, 4, 10, 17 and 18 August
• PO Main Exam – 29 September
• Clerk Main Exam – 6th October
• IBPS Officer Grade 2 & 3 Single Main Exam – 29 September
• As per the official notice, IBPS will conduct Pre-Exam Training (PET) from July 22 to July 27.

Application Fee

General category candidates will have to pay a total of Rs 850 as application fee for IBPS RRB Office Assistant and IBPS RRB Officer Exam (IPBS RRB Office Exam).

The application fee for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Disability (PWD) category candidates is Rs 175.
