Educational Qualification
Higher Judicial Service Examination (HJSE): Minimum of seven years experience as an advocate.
Delhi Judicial Service Examination (JSE): A person practicing as a lawyer in the country can apply for this post.
Age Limit
Candidates applying for the Higher Judicial Services Preliminary Examination must have attained the age of 35 years and must not have attained the age of 45 years as of January 1, 2022. The upper age limit for Judicial Service Examination (JSE) should be 32 years as on January 1, 2022.
