RRC NCR Recruitment 2024: North Central Railway (RRC NCR) has issued a notification for the recruitment of Apprentices. These recruitments are for a total of 1679 posts of apprentice which will be done in Fitter, Welder, Armature Winder, Machinist, Carpenter, Electrician, Painter (General), Mechanic, Information and Communication Technology System Maintenance, Wireman and Black Smith trend.

Education Qualification

Must have passed SSC/Matriculation/10th or its equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks from a recognized school education board.

It is necessary to have ITI pass in the relevant trade issued by NCVT/SCVT recognized by the Government of India. Applicants whose SSC/Matriculation/10th and ITI results are awaited as on the date of notification i.e. 14.09.2024 are not eligible to apply.

Age Limit

For the post of Apprentice, the minimum age of the applicant should be 15 years and maximum age should be 24 years. Age will be calculated as on 15 September 2024. SC, ST category candidates will get five years relaxation in the maximum age limit. OBC category candidates will get three years relaxation and disabled category candidates will get ten years relaxation.

Application Fee

General category candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 100. Whereas SC, ST, Divyang and women category candidates will not have to pay any fee. Application fee will have to be paid in online mode.
