UPSC CDS I 2024: Education Qualification
- Indian Military Academy (IMA) and Officer Academy Training (OTA), Chennai – Must have a degree from a recognized university or its equivalent.
- Indian Naval Academy – Must have a degree in Engineering from a recognized university/institute.
- Air Force Academy – Degree from a recognized university (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.
UPSC CDS I 2024: Age Limit
- IMA – Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2 January 2001 and not later than 1 January 2006.
- Indian Naval Academy – Only unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2 January 2001 and not later than 1 January 2006 are eligible.
- Air Force Academy – 20 to 24 years as on 1 January 2025.
- Officer Training Academy – (SSC Course for Men) Only unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2 January 2000 and not later than 1 January 2006 are eligible.
- Officers Training Academy – (SSC Women Non-Technical Course) Unmarried women, childless widows who have not remarried and childless divorcees (in possession of divorce documents) who have not remarried are eligible. He should not be born before 2 January 2000 and after 1 January 2006.
