Tamil Nadu 12th Result 2021: Tamil Nadu +2 exam (Tamil Nadu +2) i.e. class 12th results have been released today. Students who have appeared in this examination can check their results by visiting the official websites tnresults.nic.in, dge1.tn.nic.in, dge2.tn.nic.in and dge.tn.gov.in. This year 8,16,473 students have passed in the examination. In Science stream 30,600 students have scored between 551-600.

The exam is conducted by the Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) Tamil Nadu. The result has been declared by DGE TN.

Along with the Tamil Nadu +2 results today, the board is also expected to release the results for the Karaikal region of Puducherry. This year, the TN +2 result has been prepared on the basis of ‘Alternative Assessment Criteria’.
The criteria state that 50% weightage will be given to the marks obtained by the students for class 10 board exam (average marks of top 3 subjects with high marks), 20% (each subject) for class 11 final exam marks, and The remaining 30 percent is for practical and internal assessment of class 12. Students who have failed in Tamil Nadu Plus One Board Exam will be given 35 percent marks.
