RCFL Operator Recruitment Vacancies 2021
The vacancies for the post of Operator Grade-1 have been released on its official website. The total strength for the said post is 50 Operators of Grade 1 Level.
Eligibility
Before applying for the Operator posts, a candidate must go through the eligibility conditions and ensure that he/she fulfills them in respect of educational qualification, experience, and age limit.
A candidate must qualify for his B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry with Physics as one of the subjects or Diploma in the same.
Experience
The candidate should have seven years of work experience in the fertilizer or chemical industry (pesticides, agrochemical, chloralkali, organic chemical manufacturing) having a continuous process, and working in the process/ production department. The period of training will not be treated as experience.
B.Sc (Chemistry) degree in AO (CP) trade and experience after obtaining NCVT.

Salary
The selected candidate will be appointed in A8 grade on the pay scale of Rs 26,000-80,000, with minimum gross monthly gross pay of Rs 47,000/- (approx) in Basic Pay + VDA (23.20%) + Allowances (34 ) Are included. %)+HRA (24%).
